About Us

Meet Scott

After working as an Office and Data Processing Manager for All State Insurance, I began my real estate career in 1992. I started working for an independent West Seattle real estate agency by the name of Cayce and Gain. I was born and raised in the area and we were all very local in nature as the internet had really not come into place yet. The internet came quickly after I started and people were able to get information readily on their own and our business began to change as well. There was no longer geographical barriers to agents and the territory expanded to helping people wherever you were willing to go. Cayce and Gain eventually became Prudential in 2001 and I was asked to go to a new Burien office and help to educate and hire new agents, while sprucing up the place. My owners wanted me to show agents how to work in the industry and be credible and helpful to others. In 2005 I opened my own office, a John L Scott Franchise in the Westwood Village Mall. For 17 years we ran a wonderful organization with wonderful agents until we sold it in 2022. All this time I have worked with my own clients and friends and it has always brought me my most joy. In 2019 my son Daniel, then a junior at Seattle University, asked me about getting his license and joining me. He didn’t want to sit behind a desk and he saw a lot of opportunity to utilize his marketing skills. Upon graduating Daniel joined me full time and we began to work together. It has been awesome as we can learn something from each other every day. After 3 plus decades in this industry, I have always stayed true to the mantra - people always come first. I am in this business because I want to help others. I know the people who talk with me and work with me expect honesty, fairness, trust and support, and I bring that to work every day. I pride myself in being knowledgeable about the market and being a helpful resource to everyone I help.

Meet Daniel

Hi I'm Daniel! I was born and raised in West Seattle and am a proud alumni of Our Lady of Guadalupe, O'Dea High School and Seattle University. While attending SU, I played club basketball and was president of the Beta Gamma Sigma business club my senior year. After graduating with my marketing degree in 2020, I joined the family business and began my full time real estate career. Getting to work with my Dad everyday has been such a special experience for me. Not only do we get to spend a lot of time together, but I have also gotten the chance to learn so much from him and his many years of experience helping clients. I have been blessed to help lots of buyers and sellers and experience many different transactions, each one unique to the people and properties involved. In 2021, I was recognized as a rising star in my industry by Five Star Professional which honors outstanding individuals within the service industry. I recognize that deciding to buy or sell is a huge decision and that I can add value by helping make the process easier and more comfortable for you. Creating a great experience is what keeps me up at night and makes me motivated to continue to my career in real estate. When I am not working, I enjoy playing in a bowling league with my cousins and brother, golfing with my Dad, following the Mariners, playing bocce with the local Italian community, backpacking with my friends, volunteering at the White Center Food Bank, going on walks with my Mom and hanging out with my partner and our 2 cats. I am a current home owner in High Point and just love being close to all my favorite spots in West Seattle.
